In this episode we discuss how to attract ideal clients at a wedding show. We talk about how you can improve your first impressions with potential clients and the best ways to follow-up with people you meet to increase your ROI (book those contracts!). In this episode, Jamie and Heather discuss: Preparing for an onslaught of different personalities Collecting and organizing data after the expo Speaking with people who visit your boot Letting people choose and making them comfortable Key Takeaways: Prepare yourself for an onslaught of different personalities and it would be very beneficial for you to be able to gauge a person’s personality quickly. Gather email addresses yourself - don’t rely on the expo to give you the email. Store data that you personally collected, pick and choose ideal clients Prepare pain points to discuss, and a short summary of what a coordinator does and how you can help them in those points. Give people the freedom to choose - it will work on your advantage. Don’t stress people out and rush them into making a decision that they might not be comfortable with. "We’re really assessing personality and where the person is at in the process and what they want - like what are they looking at, what do they need " — Heather Fier
